How do you leverage the data to understand and serve your customers? &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Channel Optimization: what are your customers looking for? &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Corporate social responsibility and consumers' changing values&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborative social networks: leveraging customer advocacy &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Supply chain and sourcing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Organized retail crime across Canada&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;and more! &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;What do you want to learn more about in these areas? This year’s theme is Loyalty Matters, and we will be exploring loyalty from a number of perspectives: customers’, communities’, employees’, business partners’, and of course retailers’.
